Proficient in providing case-specific strategies and a

tailored approach to family law.

Caryn Green brings over 20 years of family law experience, and has acquired many accolades along the way, including Top 50 Women Attorneys in Florida in 2018.  Caryn and her team of accomplished attorneys practice solely marital and family law.  The firm has extensive experience in cases involving dissolution of marriage, complex property division, drafting and defending pre- & post-nuptial agreements, collaborative law, alimony, child support, time sharing/parenting plans, modification and enforcement actions, and paternity.

Caryn is a Board Certified Specialist in Marital and Family Law, as is Susan Savard.  Caryn is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and a Fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers, and actively serves on several committees. Caryn has been the Chairwoman of the Board Certification Committee and is active with Florida legislation involving family law issues.  The firm’s attorneys are each involved in the Florida Bar Family Law Section, Susan has published several articles, and Caryn lectures regularly.

The firm’s goal is to minimize the effect of family disputes on the parties and the children during an extremely stressful and disruptive time. The attorneys promote problem solving by utilizing appropriate dispute resolution methods designed to avoid expensive litigation, whenever possible.  Caryn prides herself on having assembled a team of highly qualified attorneys and industry partners who work collaboratively with compassion and commitment for the clients’ best interests.  While the attorneys strive to resolve matters out of court, they are aggressive, skillful, and effective trial lawyers when litigation becomes necessary.

When Caryn’s oldest daughter was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes in 2004, Caryn became involved with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and created an annual gala in 2006 that has raised millions of dollars for researching a cure for type 1.  In addition to the JDRF, Green Family Law proudly supports Bridges of Light Foundation, Children’s Home Society/The Faine House, and Make a Wish Foundation.  Kristin Coffey serves as the local Advocacy Coordinator for International Justice Mission – a global anti-human trafficking organization.  Support of non-profits is a priority for Green Family Law.
