Carolina is an international attorney licensed in both Colombia and the United States, whose career is defined by resilience, global perspective, and a deep commitment to serving others. As an immigrant and founding partner of AI-Law, she brings a personal understanding to her work, allowing her to connect with clients navigating complex legal journeys. Her passion for law began in 1997 at Externado University of Colombia, where she worked at a leading intellectual property firm in Bogotá, building a strong foundation in copyright and international law.
Her path continued across Europe, where she earned a Master’s in Political Science with an emphasis in international law from Panthéon-Assas University in Paris, followed by a Master’s in Book Publishing from the University of Salamanca. While in Madrid, she worked in the international legal department of AISGE, expanding her expertise in intellectual property and global legal systems. She later contributed to initiatives with the Pan American Health Organization before relocating to Orlando, where she graduated cum laude from Barry University School of Law and began her U.S. legal career.
Now serving as Head of the Immigration Department at Carrasquillo Law Group, Carolina leads with empathy, integrity, and purpose. She is dedicated to guiding individuals and families through immigration journeys with clarity, compassion, and proactive communication. For her, success is measured by the lasting impact she makes—helping clients feel supported, empowered, and hopeful as they build futures.
Outside of work, Carolina prioritizes family, wellness, and personal growth. She finds balance through exercise, reading, and travel, especially cruising, which allows her to recharge and gain perspectives.
