Bill “The Lawman” Umansky is the founder and CEO of The Umansky Law Firm, an eight figure criminal defense and personal injury firm he built from a solo practice into a 10-lawyer, 45 member team operation with a full C-suite and international support staff.
With over 30 years of courtroom experience, including service as a prosecutor, division chief, and city prosecutor, Bill brings real-world trial depth to his leadership philosophy. After early struggles scaling without formal business training, Bill invested more than $750,000 over two decades in leadership development, coaching, and implementation systems such as Strategic Coach and Entrepreneurial Operating System. He is the co-author of two Amazon #1 bestsellers, Tiger Tactics and Tiger Tactics CEO Edition, and host of The Lawman’s Lounge podcast, where he interviews top legal minds and industry leaders including John Morgan, Michael Morse, Ryan Anderson of Filevine, and other nationally recognized thought leaders. Bill is also the founder of the Second Chance of Florida education foundation and a strong advocate for mentorship, accountability, and community impact.
