Orthodontist & Owner
The Orlando area is home to exceptional professionals, and Dr. Lillelenny Santana is one of them. An orthodontist, mother, and practice owner, she has spent her career creating beautiful smiles while building lasting relationships with the patients and families she serves.
Originally from Cuba, Dr. Santana completed her advanced dental education and orthodontic specialty training at Boston University. She practiced for many years as an orthodontist in Massachusetts before moving to Florida, where she established Vitral Orthodontics in Casselberry in 2019.
Motherhood has shaped the way Dr. Santana practices. As a mother of two, she brings patience, empathy, and passion to every patient interaction, recognizing that orthodontic care is about more than straightening teeth. It is also about helping children, teens, and adults feel confident in themselves. To balance her personal and professional life, Dr. Santana’s greatest support comes from her husband, her parents, and her dedicated team at Vitral Orthodontics. Together, they support her vision of a family orthodontic practice built on a commitment to quality, the use of advanced technology, and genuinely personal care, while allowing her to raise her own family with the same values and principles that guide her practice.
At Vitral Orthodontics, patients receive free consultations for their orthodontic needs, including early treatment, traditional and clear braces, clear aligners, retainers, and expanders. The practice’s name comes from the Spanish word for stained glass, a meaningful connection for Dr. Santana: like stained glass, every smile is unique, carefully crafted, and worthy of being celebrated.
Through years of hard work and commitment, Dr. Santana has built a practice providing exceptional orthodontic care to the community she now calls home. As a woman business owner, her journey is inspiring to those around her. Here’s to Dr. Santana and the many smiles and successes still to come!
