Piercy Stakelum is a dedicated and compassionate personal injury and civil trial attorney with deep connections to the Central Florida community. He has built a strong reputation as a great listener and fierce advocate over the past three decades. He describes Trial Pro as a boutique personal injury law firm that brings big firm experience and resources with the warm feel of a smaller firm’s personal attention and frequent client communications. He explains that while Trial Pro has recovered hundreds of millions of dollars for clients, Trial Pro is not a “big settlement factory” like some other firms.
Mr. Stakelum grew up in New Orleans before moving to Florida for college and law school. He graduated from University of Florida College of Law with honors in 1997. After working for a large national law firm in Miami for a few years, he relocated to Orlando and founded Trial Pro, PA, in 2001. He subsequently opened additional offices in Naples, Ft. Myers, Tampa, and Melbourne. He and the experienced team at Trial Pro specialize in helping people who have been injured in all kinds of motor vehicle crashes, especially those involving ride share vehicles, delivery trucks, and semi-trucks.
Mr. Stakelum donates a portion of all trial verdicts to local charities in the venue where the case is tried. Over the years, Mr. Stakelum has worked with and supported numerous local public schools, charities for children with special needs, the American Lung Association, Kickoff for Kids, and many others. Trial Pro is also very proud to have awarded tens of thousands of dollars to deserving students through its annual scholarship offerings. Outside of work, Mr. Stakelum enjoys spending times with his family at the beach, playing sports, and rooting for the Orlando Magic, New Orleans Saints, and Florida Gators.
