While studying Finance at Florida State University, Matt Andre came across an ad for a mortgage broker position in Winter Park. He got his license before he graduated and landed a position with the firm Interlachen Residential Mortgage Company.
He had worked at Interlachen for a year and a half when a great opportunity opened up. Family friends Joe and Rob Nunziata founded FBC Mortgage, LLC (“FBC”) in 2005. They knew that Matt would be a good addition to their new company. FBC quickly grew into a national lender working with many of the largest real estate firms and builders in the country.
Matt’s dedication to top-class customer service has also been very good for FBC. Mortgage Professional America has twice featured Matt in its $150 Million Dollar Club and he’s been recognized as one of the country’s top 10 Loan Originators by many national & local publications including Broker Magazine, Scotsman Guide, Origination News and Mortgage Executive Magazine as well as Orlando Business Journal, Orlando Home & Leisure and Orlando Magazine. His reputation and work ethic have made him the preferred lender for many builders and realtors in the Orlando area. Matt also reached a rare milestone in February 2017 when he closed his one-billionth dollar in career loan volume!
Matt and his family live on Sylvan Lake in Sanford where they enjoy any activity on the water and watching college football with their friends & family.
