From his role as a VIP tour guide at Walt Disney World to planning and coordinating weddings in New Orleans, Kyle Madorin’s career has been dedicated to providing luxurious, exceptional and personalized care to clients.  As he puts it, “I’ve been making dreams come true for almost 20 years!”  When Kyle relocated to Orlando and launched his real estate business in 2013, it was his goal to incorporate this high standard of excellence into every element of his activities.  “Our industry is more than bricks, mortar, facts and figures,” Kyle explains. “This is, first and foremost, a people business.”

Kyle insists on a detail-oriented approach that’s highly technology driven, but believes, “Although Realtors are immersed in the world of sales and must incorporate the latest technology to continue providing the type of experience clients desire, the agents who will be most successful in the coming decade are those who understand customer service is paramount.”

This people-first approach has elicited strong reactions from their customers, as over 75% of The Madorin Group’s business comes from past clients and referrals—a significant feat after just 5 years in the business—and Kyle is on track for 50% growth in his production volume in 2018.  “The passion for providing exceptional customer experiences starts from day one and continues through closing and beyond,” says Kyle. “Most real estate professionals understand the importance of good service. However, I try to embody that element of concierge-level client care in every decision I make and in every piece of correspondence. I truly care about making my buyers and sellers happy, and I believe they know without hesitation that my commitment is genuine.”

Kyle is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), is Gold Key Certified for Excellence in Professionalism, and is culture committee chairman on the Agent Leadership Council at Keller Williams Lake Nona. He has been recognized among the top 1% of real estate agents in the Orlando area. The core members of Kyle’s team at The Madorin Group are his wife, Shalea, and his brother, Kevin.  Shalea and Kyle met while working at Walt Disney World and now live in the Lake Nona area with their two sons.  Their love of Disney continues, and many weekends you can find them playing in the theme parks.  Kyle is a Life Loyal member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity, and was also an avid baseball player, sneaking over to Osceola Heritage Park to watch the Florida Fire Frogs whenever possible during their home stands.
