As Owner and Success Coach at Within Reach Coaching, Arti Bagga Chopra dedicates her time to empowering women and coaching them into becoming confident leaders and powerful professionals through effective communication skills, time management, and high emotional intelligence. Through using her certifications, education, and experience as a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Time Line Therapy® and Hypnotherapy her clients gain focus, clarity, and direction that takes them from where they are to where they want to be.
Arti holds a B.S. in Psychology with a certificate in Leadership Studies as well as an M.A. in Higher Education & Educational Leadership from the University of Central Florida (UCF). She proudly took part in organizations such as the LEAD Scholars Program, Orientation Team and Chi Omega Fraternity. Her years of education, assistantships, internships and service at UCF built a solid foundation for her to later add on to with leadership roles in her career.
Arti’s professional journey began working in the field of Higher Education & Student Affairs in roles that allowed her to mentor college students and educate student leaders. Her professional experience began with Stetson University and then further developed at Full Sail University where she worked closely with the international student population. Her underlying purpose in these roles was to help students take the lead in their lives as they strived for success and balance during a significant time of personal development.
While she held a close bond with the campus community, her desire to serve stretched beyond its borders and out into the diverse neighborhoods of Orlando. Arti continues to volunteer at Give Kids the World and has supported organizations such as Feeding Children Everywhere, and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Florida. To further engage with the Orlando community while fostering cultural experiences and business development, Arti proudly served on the leadership committee of the Indian American Chamber of Commerce (IACC) for multiple years.
It was through moving experiences of helping her students and the surrounding community that her passion for coaching was nurtured.
