Chiropractor & Owner
For Dr. Jae Oh, success has never been defined by accolades alone. It is measured by the people he helps, the community he serves, and the example he sets for his family.
As the owner of Windermere Chiropractic, Dr. Jae has built one of Central Florida’s thriving chiropractic practices around a philosophy that is refreshingly simple: listen first, never rush the patient, and treat people with the same attention and care you would give your own family.
The personalized and concierge-level approach focusing on movement, recovery, and long-term wellness has earned him a strong reputation throughout Orlando and the privilege of caring for professional athletes, including wrestling, basketball, and golf, along with prominent entrepreneurs and community leaders. Treatments include hands-on care, rehab, dry-needling, spinal decompression, Class IV laser and shockwave therapy.
A graduate of the University of Central Florida and Palmer College of Chiropractic, Dr. Jae’s honors include the Florida Chiropractic Association’s 40-Under-40, Palmer’s 10-Under-10, Orlando Style’s Chiropractor of the Year 2025–2026; Orlando Family’s Top Physicians 2019–2026; Fox-35 Best of Central Florida 2026; and Palmer FL Graduation Commencement Speaker-’25.
Yet some of his most meaningful accomplishments happen beyond the treatment room. He lectures at NSU-Orlando on “Conservative and Collaborative Care for the highest patient outcome”; and participates in community events and health discussions.
Building a successful practice while growing simultaneously as a clinician, entrepreneur, and leader has challenged him to continually evolve. Along the way, he has developed a guiding belief: success becomes more meaningful when helping others rise with you.
Above all, his family remains his greatest motivation and the reason behind everything he builds. His desired legacy is simple: to have served Orlando with purpose, helped people live healthier and fuller lives and been the kind of man and leader his family and community could always count on.
