Eric and Kim Casaburi are the husband-and-wife team behind Serotonin Centers, a national franchise of anti-aging and wellness centers that opened its first location right here in Windermere in 2021. Today the brand has 15 centers nationwide and many more in development, and the Casaburis own and operate five of them: four in the Orlando area and one in Colts Neck, New Jersey.
Their business partnership goes back decades. Together they co-founded Retro Fitness, which grew into one of the country’s best-known fitness franchises, with 150 locations and more than 500,000 members, and they also launched Let’s Yo Yogurt, a frozen yogurt concept.
Serotonin began with Kim. Her own journey through perimenopause, and her struggle to find real answers about hormonal health, became the inspiration behind the couple’s determination to build something better. Today Kim uses the Serotonin platform to lead real conversations with women about the changes no one prepared them for. Through her podcast, “The Blue Room,” and as a public speaker, she has become a vocal leader for women seeking freedom from hormone imbalance, menopause and the effects of aging.
Eric leads the company as Founder and CEO. Author of “Just Make Money” and a sought-after speaker on business and franchise development, he has been featured on CNBC, CNN and Fox News, and on CBS’s “Undercover Boss.” After more than 25 years in fitness and franchising, he saw a need that gyms alone couldn’t meet. Today his podcast, “Eric’s Longevity Lab,” and his social media content cut through the biohacking noise to offer practical solutions in the longevity space.
At home, the Casaburis are parents of four, with two grown children launched into their careers and two still at home. Together they share a simple goal: helping people feel better, look better and live better, longer.
