As an Accredited Staging Real Estate Agent in Florida  for over 18 years, Lynda Miller has honed her craft and become successful quite simply because she loves what she does, and what she gives her clients is professional perfection!

Miller acknowledges that the idea of “home” is deeply personal. Her core belief is to provide excellent customer service and personalized care for every client she works with. She firmly believes that all aspects of the real estate industry are woven together, and this includes focusing on the aesthetics of the home. When Lynda enters a client’s home, she knows immediately what needs to be done. She has the ability to size up a room and visualize how it should be staged in order to earn top dollar. “When I go into a client’s home, my first agreement with them is that it is no longer their home but a ‘product’ on the market for someone else to fall in love with.”

Miller’s marketing package maximizes a home’s value, and all staging services are offered to her clients.  Beginning with self-selected complimentary accessories and furniture that can be utilized to properly transform a home or simply “polish” the existing décor, Miller then uses high quality photography to showcase the home’s possibilities for buyers. Her real estate staging talents give each client’s home an advantage over the competition because she understands what sellers need and ultimately what buyers want.

Being a Real Estate Agent that specializes in staging homes has helped Lynda Miller earn Top Producer for Watson in 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016. She has also been selected as one of Orlando Style Magazine’s No. 1 Readers’ Choice Staging experts for 2015.  Lynda is also one of Orlando Magazine’s Top 100 Realtors in Central Florida.

A dynamic part of the Central Florida community, Lynda has been married to her husband, Bob, a local pharmacist, for 20 years, and her daughter, Katie, attends Rollins College. Ava, her schnauzer, completes the Miller family. Lynda’s favorite holiday is Halloween because she and her family host a non-profit Halloween weekend event in Longwood that benefits Second Harvest Food Bank and they collect enough food to feed over 200 families each year, different theme each year and the Lake Brantley High School Drama department performs for two nights. For great customer service all around, Lynda Miller is the agent of choice.
