Owner and Founder of Brusca Law

Orlando's Doctors of the Year 2026

Lauren Roderick Brusca is the Founder of Brusca Law, a family law practice located in the heart of downtown Orlando.

Since launching her firm in 2018, Lauren has dedicated her career to improving the lives of families throughout Central Florida. As a solo practitioner, she has built a reputation for her compassion, and results-driven approach. In an area of law often marked by emotional challenges, Lauren has become a trusted and steady advocate for clients navigating some of life’s most difficult transitions. Her philosophy is simple: love what you do, genuinely care for those you represent, and success will follow. That mindset has shaped both her practice and the close-knit legal team that supports the firm.

A native Floridian, Lauren attended the University of Central Florida before earning her master’s degree in Conflict Resolution and Analysis from Nova Southeastern University. She later received her Juris Doctor from Florida A&M University College of Law. With over 15 years of legal experience, she has consistently demonstrated leadership within the legal community.

Lauren serves on the Board of the Central Florida Family Law Inns of Court, an organization dedicated to professionalism and collaboration among family law attorneys. In this role, she actively serves to dispel the notion that attorneys cannot collaborate effectively.

Beyond her work in the courtroom, Lauren is deeply committed to community service. She has volunteered her time and leadership to several organizations, including the American Heart Association, the Central Florida Association of Women Lawyers, the Council of 101 Festival of Trees and the Women’s Executive Council. Through her involvement, she strives to highlight the positive impact attorneys have in our community and  reshape the public perception of the legal profession.
