Dr. Felipe Lavergne is the Founder and Owner of Connection Chiropractic in Lake Nona, Orlando. Born and raised in Las Marías, Puerto Rico, his journey into chiropractic began as an NCAA collegiate track and field athlete when a significant back injury sidelined him. After finding little relief through traditional treatments, a local chiropractor identified the root cause and helped him recover within weeks, an experience that ultimately shaped his career and passion for helping others return to the activities they love.
Dr. Lavergne earned his Doctorate in Chiropractic, Magna Cum Laude, from Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida. During his training, he received the Clinical Excellence Award, the institution’s highest honor for patient care and performance, along with the Philosophy Award, recognizing his clinical decision making and leadership.
At Connection Chiropractic, Dr. Lavergne delivers advanced, performance focused care through non surgical spinal decompression, shockwave therapy, Class IV laser, and IV therapy. His approach focuses on optimizing function, not just relieving pain, so patients can move better, perform better, and live without limitations. He defines success through consistency, showing up daily with intention, discipline, and a commitment to improvement, while leading by example and fostering a supportive environment for his team and patients.
Outside the office, Dr. Lavergne begins each day with a workout to set the tone mentally and physically. He enjoys spending time with his fiancée, traveling to Puerto Rico to reconnect with family, and embracing Lake Nona’s lifestyle, frequenting the Wave Hotel, Boxi Park, Canvas, and Don Julio.
He is also committed to mentoring chiropractic students from Palmer College, opening his practice for shadowing to help guide the next generation. Looking ahead, he is excited to expand Connection Chiropractic with a new location inside the Lake Nona Performance Club, bringing elevated, performance driven care directly to athletes and the active community.
