Bobby Baldor is a U. S. Marine Corps Veteran and Florida native with over 14 years of combined, award-winning experience in Real Estate and Mortgage Lending in Central Florida.
A RE/MAX Hall of Fame Member, multi-year RE/MAX Platinum Club Award Winner and an ORRA Gold Level Award Top Producer. His consistent productivity, year after year, has earned him universal recognition, being named an Orlando Style Magazine Reader’s Choice for Real Estate Agents two year’s running; an Orlando Magazine Hot100 REALTOR; Orlando Family Magazine ‘Best Realtor’ in Dr. Phillips for 2017 and Southwest Orlando Bulletin ‘Best of Southwest’ three consecutive years, to name a few.
Taking his education and training as serious as his production, Bobby stays current on continuing education and takes pride in seeking advanced designations. In addition to receiving the Florida Real Estate Broker’s License, he is also a Graduate, REALTOR Institute (GRI); Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR); Certified Short Sale Professional (CSP); a Florida Military Specialist (FMS) and is half way through the rigorous Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) course. These advanced designations denote expertise in financial, market, and investment analysis, in addition to negotiation.
Personally, Bobby is a dedicated member of his community. He currently serves on the Boards of Directors for both the Dr. Phillips YMCA and Dr. Phillips Little League. He is a youth sports coach and a Partner in Education with Orange County Schools and serves on the SAC and PTSA committees at both Chain of Lakes Middle School and Palm Lake Elementary, as well as being a proud sponsor of several local schools. Thus, Bobby was voted a 2015 ORRA Good Neighbor Award recipient for his volunteerism and charitable contributions by his peers.
Bobby and his beautiful wife Halle have three very active children; Isabella, ‘Little’ Bobby and Alex. Keeping them busy with Chorus, Beta, Volleyball, Baseball, Soccer, Football, traveling…they stay busy as a family. However, they also give back as a family and donate to local rescues as well as providing their home to foster animals whenever possible. Recently, one of the fosters stole their hearts and became a ‘foster-fail’ and permanent member of the family. Shown here, Tucker, quickly became attached to the entire family, but most noticeably loved accompanying Bobby to visit or inspect properties and has been lovingly nicknamed his ‘Real Estate Dog’ (follow him at #TuckerTheRealEstateDog on Instagram).
One of Bobby’s greatest attributes is that time and again he has proven himself to be a selfless professional, treating each of his clients as if their property was the most important. He continues to work with his clients personally and does not differentiate between a $100K condo or a $1M house on a lake…anywhere in Central Florida, he gives each one the equal time, attention and respect that they deserve.
