Euribiades “Euri” Cerrud II, Esq

Euribiades “Euri” Cerrud II, Esq., Founder of Cerrud Law, P.A., has built a practice at the intersection of law, mathematics, business, and international commerce. Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Euri grew up appreciating the coexistence of American and Latin legal traditions, an experience that shaped his ability to navigate complex matters across borders. His first love, however, was mathematics. At Rollins College, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in mathematics, concentrating on differential equations and numerical modeling, and developed a computer program based on his senior thesis. For Euri, the law offered the same structure and consequence as mathematics, with one essential difference: people.

After earning his Juris Doctor from New England School of Law in Boston, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of its Business Law Center, Euri clerked at the Boston Stock Exchange and counseled venture-backed enterprises during the first dot-com era. He returned to Orlando in 2001, bringing more than two decades of experience in commercial litigation and transactional law. Today, his practice focuses on trademarks, corporate law, international transactions, contracts, and real estate, serving cosmopolitan individuals, families, and businesses with interests spanning the Americas, Europe, and the Middle East. His litigation background informs a transactional philosophy centered on anticipating where agreements can fail and structuring them to withstand changing circumstances.

Euri’s motto, “Your business, your way,” reflects his belief that the law should serve as a framework for a client’s ambitions rather than constrain them. He has earned certificates in complex business-transaction negotiation through Harvard Law School’s Program on Negotiation and taught commercial law as an adjunct professor at Barry University School of Law. His service includes leadership with the City of Orlando, the George C. Young American Inn of Court, the Orange County Bar Association, the Orange County Bar Association Foundation, and several chambers of commerce, as well as pro bono work recognized by The Florida Bar.

Outside the office, Euri’s greatest priority is family, including his seven children and four grandchildren. He enjoys travel, sailing, tennis, cooking, music, and intellectual pursuits. A lifelong Orlando resident by choice, he remains captivated by the city’s evolution and international character. Looking ahead, he plans to expand his international mediation and negotiation services, fractional general counsel program, develop a Dubai-focused real estate advisory practice, and integrate artificial intelligence thoughtfully into his firm.
