This year marks a remarkable milestone for The Women’s Center of Orlando as we proudly celebrate Dr. Yesenia Moya’s 10-year anniversary. For the past decade, Dr. Moya has been deeply committed to serving women and families throughout Osceola County and Central Florida, building lasting relationships rooted in trust, compassion, and excellence.
More than a physician, Dr. Moya has become a true partner in women’s health, guiding patients through every stage of life with empathy, expertise, and unwavering dedication. From preventive care and routine gynecology to high-risk obstetrics and minimally invasive surgical procedures, her approach ensures patients feel informed, supported, and cared for during life’s most important moments.
Dr. Moya’s journey is grounded in academic and professional excellence. Born and educated in Venezuela, she graduated in the top 2 percent of her medical school class at the University of Zulia in Maracaibo. She continued her training in the United States, completing her internship and residency at the world-renowned Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, Florida. Throughout her academic career, she received multiple honors, including the Outstanding Academic Performance Award and the highest academic monthly score.
For the past 10 years, Dr. Moya has proudly served patients across The Women’s Center of Orlando locations in Hunter’s Creek, Lake Nona, and St. Cloud. In a region recognized for physician shortages and underserved communities, her impact has been immeasurable. With thousands of deliveries and countless patient relationships, she has helped shape healthier futures for women across the region.
Outside the exam room, Dr. Moya is a lifelong learner who values balance and personal growth. She enjoys dancing, reading, exercising, and spending quality time with her husband and children. This balance of personal fulfillment and professional dedication is what makes her not only an exceptional physician, but also deeply admired by her patients and colleagues alike.
