Dr. Manuel Fortes is a highly skilled interventional neuroradiologist specializing in endovascular treatment of brain aneurysms, acute stroke, and spinal fractures. Originally from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Dr. Fortes holds dual board certifications in Diagnostic Radiology and Neuroendovascular Surgery, combining advanced imaging expertise with state-of-the-art minimally invasive techniques.
He completed his medical training in Brazil before advancing his education with fellowships in Interventional Neuroradiology at the University of Maryland and Interventional Radiology at the Medical University of South Carolina, where he gained extensive experience in complex cerebrovascular and spinal procedures.
Dr. Fortes is a proud member of Orlando Neurosurgery, the leading neurosurgical group in Central Florida, and holds active privileges at AdventHealth Celebration, where he provides comprehensive neurovascular and spine care to patients throughout the region.
