Anna Palombini, DDS, MS, is an orthodontist whose journey into dentistry began with a family tradition and has been shaped by her passion for learning and a desire to keep going further. A third-generation dentist from Brazil, she grew up surrounded by dentistry, gaining an early appreciation for the blend of science, artistry, and human connection that makes the profession so meaningful. Her own path took her beyond familiar borders. Moving to the United States, she embraced the challenge of building her career in a new country and went on to earn her Master of Science in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB). Today, Dr. Palombini brings together advanced orthodontic training, clinical experience, and a thoughtful, individualized approach to every patient. At Imagine’s Orlando studio on Sand Lake Road, she treats kids, teens, and adults with braces and clear aligners.
She believes that exceptional orthodontic care is about more than aligning teeth; it is about understanding the person behind the smile, listening carefully to patients and parents, and recognizing that every smile has its own story, goals, and journey. Her multicultural background is an important part of that philosophy. Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, Dr. Palombini appreciates the many perspectives that shape the families she serves and strives to make each patient feel understood and welcomed.
Beyond orthodontics, she is passionate about spending meaningful time with her family, traveling, discovering different cultures, and continuing to learn from the world around her. She treasures her role as a mother, which has given her an even deeper appreciation for the trust parents place in their children’s care.
For Dr. Palombini, success is not simply measured by beautiful smiles, but by the relationships built along the way. She continues to learn and grow, bringing knowledge, experience, and genuine human connection to every smile she has the privilege of transforming.
