C.E.O. and Managing Attorney
For Michele Lebron, family law is about far more than statutes and courtrooms—it is about helping people navigate some of life’s most difficult transitions with clarity, compassion and confidence. Born and raised in New York, Michele moved to Central Florida in 2011 to build her career and family. Today, as CEO and Managing Attorney of Lebron Law, PLLC, she leads a boutique practice dedicated exclusively to divorce, paternity, child custody, support and complex family law matters. She is the only Board Certified Marital and Family Law attorney in Osceola County, a distinction reflecting years of experience, trial work, peer review and commitment to professional excellence.
Michele earned her bachelor’s degree from Fordham University before attending Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law. Early in her career, she discovered that family law offered an opportunity to combine advocacy with meaningful human connection. Her philosophy is simple: prepare every case for trial while never losing sight of the people behind the litigation. She believes clients deserve honest advice, responsive service and fearless advocacy, while also recognizing that success can mean protecting a parent’s relationship with a child or helping a family move toward a healthier future.
Beyond the courtroom, Michele is deeply invested in Central Florida. She serves on the Kissimmee Utility Authority Board of Directors as a Director and the Kissimmee Police Department Civilian Oversight Board, while also holding a leadership role with the Orange County Bar Association Family Law Section and she is as a member of The Central Florida Family Law Inn of Court. She is passionate about mentoring young attorneys and strengthening the community through civic engagement and professional service. At home, her husband, children and five grandchildren keep her grounded and inspired. Outside work, she enjoys traveling, spending time with family and recently completed her first 5K. Looking ahead, she hopes to expand Lebron Law while continuing to elevate family law through her guiding philosophy: “Compassion in Counsel. Excellence in Advocacy.”
