Dr. Aparna Sharma is the Owner, CEO, and Medical Director of GLO30 Winter Park, seamlessly blending a distinguished medical career with a lifelong passion for wellness, beauty, and helping others feel confident in their own skin. Recognized for her thoughtful leadership and commitment to excellence, Dr. Sharma believes true confidence begins with feeling radiant from within.
Born in Denver and raised in the Washington, D.C., area, Dr. Sharma spent more than 15 years in healthcare leadership and hospital medicine. As an Internal Medicine physician, Physician Advisor, and Chief Quality Officer, she led transformative initiatives and cared for patients during critical moments. While deeply rewarding, those experiences inspired a broader vision centered on preventive wellness and self-care.
That vision ultimately led her to GLO30, the skincare studio founded by her longtime friend, Dr. Arleen Lamba. After nearly a decade as a devoted member, Dr. Sharma became a proud owner and leader within the brand.
A graduate of Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service, Dr. Sharma holds a Master of Public Health and earned her medical degree from New York Medical College before completing her Internal Medicine residency at Georgetown University Hospital.
After relocating from New York City to Orlando in 2019, Dr. Sharma and her husband established their home and growing business ventures in Central Florida. She enjoys Orlando’s vibrant culture, strong sense of community, and entrepreneurial spirit.
As Owner and Medical Director of GLO30 Winter Park, Dr. Sharma oversees operations while also serving as the brand’s Medical Director, helping support and guide multiple locations nationwide. She brings the same level of care, diligence, precision, and professionalism to her patients, business, family, and community.
Looking ahead, Dr. Sharma remains focused on expanding GLO30, the nation’s fastest-growing skincare franchise and a Forbes-featured brand, throughout Central Florida while continuing to elevate the client experience and redefine modern skincare through a physician-led approach.
