OS: What are some of your specific skill sets that set you apart from other luxury real estate professionals?

WD: Processing my clients’ needs and goals by being an effective listener. As an effective processor I can promise and deliver my buyers or sellers their ultimate goal. Negotiating skills, some say it’s an art others say it’s a science but with my 18 years of sales experience, negotiating is a skill I’ve learned to master. Marketing is also my specialty and it’s equally as important to be tech-savvy. Both go hand in hand because as we all know, most buyers begin their search online. Having a strong presence on the internet and social media allows me to communicate to buyers or sellers not just locally but globally as well.

OS: What awards have you won?

WD: I have won several awards in my years in sales and marketing. I’ve had the privilege to be awarded a diamond ring of leadership excellence for being a strong sales leader with record sales. I am also an affiliated member of Clientele Luxury, a brand covering top tier real estate over $1 million. Clientele Luxury is networked with 5 star resorts, super affluent companies, high net worth individuals and global high profile companies that host the world elite in travel.

OS: What are your guiding principles for how you handle business?

WD: Putting my clients interest first and informing them of new trends in our market. Being a source of information to my clients and having the knowledge made available to my buyers and sellers is important. There is a lot of trust in my relationships with my clients.

OS: What do you like to do on your free time?

WD: I enjoy spending time with my wife of 14 years and my two boys. I believe in my heart that success in business starts at home. Having a strong healthy and loving home shows dedication. It is the same dedication I give to my clients because I treat them as if they were my family.
