STK’s Chef James O’Donnel has an amazing dinner menu. With a plethora of options, there is something for everyone. They even have gluten free and vegetarian dishes. For the meat lovers, the steaks will not disappoint. All the meat comes from cattle that are grass-fed, then corn-fed the last 3 months. The cattle are certified, which allows for ultimate consistency and the highest quality marbled beef. And to make your experience even better, pair your steak with a Cabernet.
For those seeking a lighter plate, you can order the Florida Grouper, which comes with mussels and chorizo in a sherry brown butter sauce; pair that with a Chardonnay (chef’s choice!), and you’ll have yourself the dinner of a champion.
What better way to end a great night than with dessert? STK has seven desserts to choose from. The Warm Baked Cookie, which is topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, is fantastic, along with Bag O’ Donuts or the Caramelito Bar. Honestly, they are all so delicious, it makes it hard to choose.
