In addition to running Gulati Law, Ms. Gulati is the founder and owner of Premier Florida Title, LLC, a boutique title company which specializes in the sale and transfer of commercial and residential real estate. With a strong team of experienced closers, there is no title scenario that Ms. Gulati and her team have not conquered. Premier Florida Title’s impressive resume of closings have included Single-Family Homes and Condos, Quadplexes, Multi-Family Apartment Buildings, Hotels, Retail, Industrial and Office Plaza’s, Health Care and Medical Offices, Gas Stations, Senior Living Properties, and Vacant Land. In addition, Premier Florida Title has assisted with loan closings and the complicated 1031 exchanges.
