One of the most special days of your life is quickly approaching and you want to make sure you look fabulous, and let’s not forget you want to be the most beautiful bride and make your future husband proud. We know planning a wedding can be very stressful, and it gets worse if you are not happy with the way you look. So, before you start any beautification process you need to love and accept what you have now and start working from there to make a better version of yourself.

The MUST DOs

Exercise: It is no secret that if you want to lose some extra pounds you have to exercise; you have to get into the habit of doing a physical activity for at least 30 minutes a day. Working out should be fun, it doesn’t have to be a tedious sacrifice that you have to do in order to look fantastic. My recommendation to you is to find an activity that you love to do; this way you will be releasing stress and at the same time you will be sweating your way to a hot body. And whenever you’re feeling down and you want to stop because you’re seeing no results, keep in mind that your husband will thank you later.

Drink lots of Water: This is simple; just take a bottle of water with you wherever you go. The benefits of drinking water are amazing in so many ways. Water is the secret to a beautiful glowing skin and this is a must on your wedding day.

Eat healthy: Yes, this is also a must; there is no way around this if you want to lose some weight. Go online and find some yummy recipes and you will realize that eating healthy is not as bad as some people make it seem. It is all about choosing the right ingredients and making a combination you like. And if you thought skipping meals was the solution, think again. The secret is to eat healthy meals constantly throughout the day to keep your metabolism going, and at the same time you are keeping your tummy satisfied.

The EXTRA’s

So, you are working out and eating right but you want more. Here are some more tips that previous brides love and recommend.

For a perfect first kiss as husband and wife, exfoliate your lips once a week with a toothbrush and warm water.

For soft beautiful feet, before you go to sleep apply some Vaseline on your soles then put on socks. After this pampering treatment any pedicure will look fantastic.

For pearly white teeth, brush some baking soda to your teeth and leave the mixture on for about five minutes then rise thoroughly right before you go to bed. (Do not do this more than once a week to protect your tooth enamel)

For amazingly soft and moisturized hair, use coconut oil as a hair mask and sleep with it in overnight. The next morning rinse it out in the shower and shampoo and condition as usual.
