Rajia Ackley, CCIM, CRB, CIPS – President Coldwell Banker Ackley Realty

Mother. Philanthropist. Investor. Real Estate Mogul. Wine Connoisseur. Just a few labels Rajia Ackley wears (in addition to her favorite couture pieces).

Rajia lives her life for her children, her community, helping the less fortunate, and the successes of her businesses.

The founder and CEO of two of the most experienced and respected companies that bear her name – Coldwell Banker Ackley Realty and Ackley Florida Property Management (AFPM) – is on the rise with the economy going strong.

Her perseverance and continued success in an industry that has as many peaks and valleys as a Colorado ski resort is a testament to her business acumen, judgment and adaptability.

She is regarded as a visionary, market leader and expert at every level of the industry spectrum, from general real estate and global luxury home sales to commercial real estate sales and development to property management.

She started as a one-person shop in 1984 and over the years has built her company into a Coldwell Banker powerhouse. Today, it has three offices (Lake Nona, World Center and Kissimmee),  perennially ranking among the top tier of the real estate giant’s more than 3,000 franchises worldwide.

In addition, AFPM has established a reputation in its own right featuring an impressive portfolio of more than 700 Central Florida properties owned by investors throughout the world operating at 95 percent occupancy.

Rajia is expanding her niche in the area’s burgeoning Global Luxury home market (homes priced $500K and up), using the power of Coldwell Banker’s Global Luxury program which she says redefines the world of luxury real estate marketing. She and her daughter, Kristen Ackley, continue to work with relocation giants such as Cartus Relocation to find homes for corporate executives and physicians moving to the area.

She is very familiar with the global luxury market, having lived in the resort community of Golden Oak and is a member of Tranquilo, a Four Seasons Golf Community.  She and Kristen now reside in the community of Isleworth Country Club. But they are both active in all corners of Central Florida from Winter Park to  Lake Nona and beyond.

While Rajia is highly regarded for her business savvy, she also is recognized for her philanthropy and passion for helping children. In addition to the Rajia Ackley Family Foundation, she serves on the board of Florida Hospital for Children, McCormick Research Institute/Home of Heavenly Hooves and Horses and Heroes, and The Boys and Girls Club of Osceola County.
