As a Florida native, Eric cherishes the beauty of our state and takes a consultative approach to give every household their own personal piece of Florida. It is his 15 years experience as a Real Estate Broker coupled with his background in financing that allows him to overcome any obstacles and find a tailored solution for his clients.
Born and raised in Tampa, Eric took his journey to Orlando where he attended the University of Central Florida, attaining a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing while competing on the UCF Surf Team. With an appetite for knowledge, he later acquired his MBA and used his newfound vision to build a valuable Team around him. “Grad school was all about learning how to increase efficiencies while adding value to the client. There are a lot of questions and concerns during a real estate sale. My goal was to create a Team that can streamline the process and make it a fun experience while delivering white glove service – and we’ve done just that.”

Eric’s love of the ocean is renowned. He has been a member of the Surfrider Foundation Central Florida Chapter since college and enjoys keeping our waters and beaches clean. He volunteers at the Ocean of Hope Foundation that enables veterans, paraplegics, and quadriplegics a safe journey to the beach to get their feet in the sand and enjoy assisted surfing. When not working with clients, Eric has an affinity for fishing, diving, paddle boarding, and riding waves in the pristine waters of Florida. He is a newfound uncle and loves his puggle, Bella.
