Drew Hill, of Hill/Gray Seven, LLC, is honored to be recognized as Orlando Style’s Real Estate Developer of the year.
Drew co-manages his development company with his brothers, Gregg and Gray Hill. Their company is involved with developments in 17 states, and is fully engaged in every aspect of each project.
Locally, Hill is creating a reputation for going above and beyond what is standard in the industry. His approach to land development focuses on high quality construction and aesthetic integration with the community.
Hill says,
“I’m only interested in creating a high quality product. If you build something right, with care and detail, then people will take notice and see the true value of what you created.”
His current residential projects are called Park Hill and Penn Place. These are both luxury town home developments that stand out for all the right reasons: classic design, quality craftsmanship and luxurious finishes.
As a Winter Park resident himself, Drew admires the magnetism of his community and took on his projects with much reverence and care to preserve it. “New construction doesn’t have to spell the end of charm. Winter Park’s charm is what I love most about it. I want people to see my homes and say: That fits in; That’s Winter Park.”
Park Hill is located on the north end of Park Avenue, and offers three stories of ultra luxury living. It consists of 10 town homes, each averaging 4,300 square feet.
Aside from the convenience of being a short walk to countless primo restaurants and shops, Park Hill’s inner features offer the finest of conveniences.
