Alisha S. Jimenez, Esquire is a 27 year old rising attorney, dedicated to assisting her clients and providing legal services for those who cannot easily access them. Ms. Jimenez is licensed in both New Jersey and Florida, and assists clients with Estate Planning, Probate and Real Estate Law.

Born in Jersey City, New Jersey and raised in Maryland, Ms. Jimenez attended Salisbury University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She went on to Florida A&M University, College of Law to pursue her Juris Doctorate. Since, graduating Ms. Jimenez serves as a Guardian Ad Litem, ensuring the minor children she represents have a voice in dependency matters. In addition, she is highly involved in assisting members of her church navigate the legal system.

Ms. Jimenez’s willingness to help others has driven her to open a sole practice. The office has expanded to three offices, with two in Orlando and one New Jersey location. Further, Ms. Jimenez comes highly recommended  and is the recipient of Avvo’s Client’s Choice Award , based on client reviews, the office’s unique and modern approach to handling cases, as well as  the dedication and time she spends with each client at the times they need her the most. 

Ms. Jimenez prides herself on her ability to provide clients with a clear understanding of the Probate and Real Estate laws in Florida. In addition to being an attorney, Ms. Jimenez is also a licensed Real Estate Agent with ample experience in the Timeshare Industry. Prior to opening the doors of Jimenez Law, Alisha served as counsel to a large Timeshare Resale and Title Company.

With regards to Estate Planning, Ms. Jimenez admits to being a bit of a “Probate and Estates Geek” in law school. “There is something interesting that happens to the dynamic of a family, when an estate is not properly planned. I have sat alongside clients facing home and financial loss, in addition to the loss of their loved one. I find the number one issue is a lack of understanding, and the second issue is a lack of planning. These two elements combined are what lead to drawn out Estate disputes in the long run.”

Ms. Jimenez is currently writing a book that will be due out at the beginning of 2016, providing a female insight into the legal profession for those coming generations after.
