360 American Bistro and Bar is located inside Celebration’s Meliá Orlando Suite Hotel, but non-hotel guests are equally welcomed and encouraged to come and experience a dinner that’s 180 from anything else. At 360 you have the option to sip your favorite beverage poolside or to sample one of their Mixologist’s tasty creations while cheering on your favorite team on high-definition televisions. With its lively, warm and entertaining atmosphere, 360 American Bistro and Bar is set for success and that doesn’t even begin to cover their excellent food. After dining at the new restaurant for myself, I’d have to join 360 and many others in encouraging you to head over to beautiful Celebration and see for yourself what the growing fuss is about.

360’s team of talented chefs is headed by the passionate and dedicated Chef Victor Moya. The team works tirelessly along with Food and Beverage Director Daniel Coward and Hotel General Manager Franco Pedone to bring you 360’s unique combination of Classic French Bistro foods and American favorites. The menu features a delicious fusion of traditional dishes and Mediterranean flavors, paired with Peruvian and Latin influenced creations. The inspiration comes from Meliá’s Spanish heritage and has resulted in a unique mix of mouthwatering culinary delights from around the world that are cooked to perfection and served with pride right in the heart of Meliá Orlando Suite Hotel.

360’s aesthetic of a casual neighborhood restaurant is an exciting contrast to the elegance of their menu offerings. Their impressive selection of fine wines, craft beers, and creative cocktails help to enhance these offerings and each dish is designed to appeal to a variety of palates. The deliciously alluring menu includes everything from 360 Flame Roasted Wings, Pan Seared Mozzarella and a Southern Chicken Sandwich to Short Rib Cannelloni, Roasted Florida Top Sirloin and Char Siu Chicken. My taste buds were especially tantalized by the Sweet Thai Shrimp which became an instant favorite. The panko fried jumbo shrimp were tossed in a sweet Thai chili mayo and served on a bed of arugula and sweet soy glaze.

Equally exquisite was 360’s selection of gourmet pizzas baked in an authentic open flame wood stone oven. The 360 Gorgonzola Pear and Balsamic is a must-try with its caramelized pears, Gorgonzola Dolce cheese, soppressata with white sauce, a balsamic reduction drizzle and fresh rosemary. As with any good dining experience, there’s always room for dessert and that rings especially true at 360 with signature, not-to-be-missed dessert options such as the decadent S’mores Profiteroles. The Pate a’ Choux comes filled with marshmallow crème and topped with hot housemade chocolate sauce and a chocolate-cinnamon crumble. It’s a fun, sweet dessert that is sure to be enjoyed by all ages.
